  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The board should be hand-washed only. Use light soap only and rinse thoroughly. To properly season, slightly warm a food-grade mineral oil, then dab the oil on a clean, dry cloth. Apply the oiled cloth to the board in the direction of the grain. The backside of the board should be used for cutting fruits, vegetables, and cheese only—no meats. The forks should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water and dry immediately.
