Minimum order quantity for hats is 24. You must order in multiples of 24 with the same customization and same hat embroidery type.

Minimum order quantity for blankets is 8. You must order in multiples of 8 with the same customization and same blanket embroidery type.

Any embroidered items MUST be entered on a separate order. There can be no "non-customized products" can be on the same order.

Please provide the customization in the NOTES section of the order/at checkout.

All orders will be reviewed by the embroidery team on a case-by-case basis in order to create the most aesthetically pleasing product. Text only. No logos at this time.

Back orders of less than 12 hats or 8 blankets will be cancelled.

Baby hats can only be embroidered on the back.

No discounts or promos applicable on custom products.

Pavilion will email the customer a mock-up of the customization for documented approval prior to customization. Customer email is REQUIRED when placing the order.

Thread color and font will complement the design on the hat or blanket. Thread colors: gray, white, navy, and black.

Customer must be credit approved prior to customization.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns after written approval (required within 48 hours) is received from the customer.
