Custom glassware is for a one-sided etch.

Glassware customizations to be etched will have maximum dimensions of the following:

Beer Stein: 3" x 3"

Stemless Wine Glass: 2" x 2"

Stemmed Wine Glass: 2" x 2"

Rocks Glass: 2" x 2"

Minimum order quantity is 8. Must order in multiples of 8 with the same customization and same etching type. Note additional upcharge for BLACK etching.

Any etched items MUST be entered on a separate order. There can be no "non-customized products" can be on the same order.

Please provide the customization in the NOTES section of the order/at checkout.

All orders will be reviewed by the etching team on a case-by-case basis in order to create the most aesthetically pleasing product.

Back orders of less than 8 glasses will be cancelled.

No discounts or promos applicable on custom products.

Pavilion will email the customer a mock-up of the customization for documented approval prior to customization.

Customer email is REQUIRED when placing the order.

Customer must be credit approved prior to customization.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns after written approval (required within 48 hours) is received from the customer.
